The FUTURE

Our goal is to re-program the mindset of young girls. We want all of our girls to live the life of FAITH by getting what they need today for their future. This program has been designed to teach youth the importance and value of self worth and building their image, character and confidence from the inside out.

There are gaps between low self-esteem, insecurities, lack of good leadership and role models in the lives of our youth. We plan to bridge those gaps by empowering them with tools to be successful. The leadership here is in pursuit of excellence and to drive them to succeed. They motivate people of all ages to fulfill their highest potential.  Their message includes practical tools and techniques for undiscovered strengths, talents, abilities, and personal leadership development, winning teamwork cultivation and striving for excellence. Those are the key driving forces to build a strong foundational ground.

Participants will develop skills such as etiquette, responsibility, elegance, and decorum. 

This program will not only inspire our youths, but keep them focused and on task. Keeping them involved in a positive program by sharing insight that will assist with out weighing negative influence and toxic people, places and things. GLAM girls will develop a desire for change to do better, beat the odds of our community and becoming confident about succeeding.

Girls GLAM is seeking sponsorship.  With the help of our sponsors will be able to provide a teaching environment that will educate and help young girls to pursue a rewarding future.
