As a professional business woman, Danielle Baker shares the dreams of youth who strive to succeed and beat the odds of growing up on inner city streets coping with violence, poverty, and failure.
Danielle is now an entrepreneur exciting people to transform their lives through Signature Ink - a company built on elevating creativity and self-esteem, engaging youth in extracurricular activities, birthing and promoting talent. Danielle's message of struggle, hope, and determination is sure to heighten your ambitions and achievement.
Danielle started Signature Ink in March of 2002, now eight years later she has trained & touched the lives of over 600 since Signature Ink existence. Her photography includes the cover of Grace & Glory magazine cover, March 2008, Whats The 410 magazine cover 2008, Prom Plus magazine 2008 Edition and works with various fashion industry personal on the east coast.
Working in the professional arena and as the director of Signature Ink Models are only two of Danielle’s many talents. She is also a Modeling Agent, Motivational Trainer, Fashion Show Coordinator, Runway Coach, Mentor, Licensed Make-up Artist, Professional Photographer, Stylist and Fashion consultant.
Valerie Dobson
Financial Analyst
Valerie Dobson, is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance. She is currently employed as a Financial Analyst at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Valerie has been a part of Signature Ink in one form or another since it was founded in 2002. She officially joined Signature Ink as a staff member in 2005 as the Financial Advisor. Since becoming a staff member, in addition to overseeing the financial aspects of the company she has had the opportunity to use her creative talents contributing to Signature’s fashion show events. She has had the opportunity to interact with many talented people and has been able to expand her extended family through Signature models, who affectionately call her “Aunt Val”. She is excited and feels honored to be part of such an innovative company and part of the Signature family.

Malika Tucker
GLAM Leader
Malika has worked with Signature Ink Modeling Company since the start of business in 2002. Working as a model, mua, assistant, and GLAM leader she has experience in all areas of the fashion industry. Currently expanding her love for being a mua and recently an interest in skin care, Malika will be a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage & Steiner Institute of Esthetics this year and become an Esthetician. You may see some of Malika's recent work featured in Girls GLAM Magazine.

Janecia McDonald
GLAM Leader
Janecia “Lady Jae” McDonald was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She is currently a cosmetology student in Milford Mill Academy’s Magnet Program. Since the age of five Janecia has explored the world of fashion, modeling and dance. She has worked with Studio A models and Signature Ink Kids where she has been able to express her love for fashion and the arts in many dance and modeling shows.
Being known for her outgoing and trendy ways Janecia began designing her own clothes. She began to receive special request for clothing items and after careful thought and the inspiration from her mentor “Thee Danielle Baker” she recently began her own jeans line “Jeans by Jae” featured by the Girls Glam Program. She is a very determined young lady who is looking forward to pursing a college education and career in the fashion industry.
Aubriana Strickland
Junior GLAM Leader Self~proclaimed “Psychotherastylist” Foxie Roxie is an incredibly determined entrepreneur whose ultimate goal is to empower & encourage women to look good & feel great. “A person’s true beauty is found deep within and to be able to assist women in tapping into that energy gives me the ultimate rush!”
Roxie’s love affair with fashion began at the age of 13, after viewing a movie that influenced her to embrace everything she felt inside but was shy about expressing. No longer afraid to fulfill her dreams of a career in the fashion industry, Roxie began modeling in various fashion shows & events throughout the East Coast. Her fondness of modeling grew into passion for fashion styling as the years passed.
In October 2009, Roxie received the vision for Roxie’s Powder Room, an image consulting & personal styling firm. With an intense passion for her craft, Roxie is sure to make a permanent mark within the beauty & fashion industry.
